A vendor your vendor uses to handle your data
A third party a service provider engages to process personal information on the customer's behalf — hosting, analytics, support tooling. Data processing agreements typically require notice before new sub-processors are added, flow-down of the same obligations, and that the original provider stays responsible for what its sub-processors do.
