Termination for Convenience
Ending the contract without anyone having done anything wrong
A right to terminate on notice for no reason at all, as distinct from termination for cause. Whoever holds it holds real commercial leverage, so the terms to check are whether it is mutual, how much notice it takes, and what must be paid for work already done or already committed.
