Entire Agreement Clause
Only what is written down counts
A provision stating that the signed document is the complete agreement and supersedes prior drafts, proposals and discussions. Its practical effect is that assurances given in emails or sales calls, but left out of the contract, generally cannot be relied on afterwards.
